General terms and conditions
- All prices are per person
- All prices are in DKK and incl. VAT (unless otherwise stated)
- Beverages are not included
- Beverages are settled individually and in cash upon departure
- Group rates: minimum 15 persons
Free places
- 1 clearance per 20 participants.
- Accommodation and meals are free for the driver and 1 tour guide in single rooms.
Terms of payment
- The groups pay with vouchers which are subsequently forwarded to the bus company.
- Payment is net cash.
- Some hotels require 50% of the amount as a deposit 30 days before arrival - otherwise payment net in cash.
Cancellation conditions for overnight groups
- Whole groups can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
- When canceling groups or canceling participants in 4 weeks before arrival, the difference is invoiced up to the confirmed number of participants and group price by 50%.
- Cancellation of groups or participants less than 1 week before arrival is billed at 75% of confirmed group rate.
- Cancellation of entire groups or parts of groups must be made in writing.
Cancellation conditions for NON-overnight groups
- Whole groups can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation of entire groups or unsubscribing of participants between 14 and 4 days before arrival will be invoiced with 75% of the confirmed group price.
- If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, the full price will be invoiced.
- Cancellation of entire groups or parts of groups must be made in writing.
