Havnbjerg Mill

Distance: 3.05 Km

Dutch-type thatched windmill - built in 1835 and situated on a high hilltop with Havnbjerg Church, built in 1180, as a neighbour.

On the site there was previously a stump mill, which stood until a strong storm in 1776 destroyed wings and shaft. It was initially rebuilt, but in 1835 it was replaced with the current mill.

The mill has been refurbished with funds from the Manufacturer Mads Clausen Foundation.

For opening hours, see Havnbjerg Mill Museum.
