Karholm Forest - Dog Forest
Distance: 1.03 Km
Small wooded area of just under 5 ha. There is a driveway to a small parking lot off Oksbølvej near the city sign.
Karholm Forest consists of old oak trees and beech. There are also two lakes. A deep groove across the forest is the only remaining trace of the narrow track E Kleinbahn - the train line connecting Nordborg and Sønderborg.
The forest is a dog forest, which means that the dog must walk without a line as long as it is in sight of the owner and under control.
Karholm Forest is not fenced.
