Ancient monuments in the Nørreskoven

Distance: 7.98 Km

Nørreskoven is an approx. 740 ha of natural forest, which winds along the east coast of the island of Als.

Here there are more than 80 registered past memories, a large part of which are circular nozzles and long nozzles from the Farmer age, approx. 3500 FK

You can also find cobblestones (from the Bronze Age) and garden tomb fields (from the Iron Age) etc. Three long nozzles can be found near Oat Cobbler House next to Nørreskovvej.

On the way in through the forest, you pass the Green Bridge (max. Width 2,3 m) which was created under Duke Hans the Younger.

There are 2 marked hiking routes, both of approx. 2 km - The beach route with a blue marking and the Culture Route with a red marking.
