Payment for the stay is payable in full on departure, unless prepayment is made by online booking.

Prices quoted are incl. VAT. 

When sending an invoice by mail or via EAN, an invoice fee of DKK 75, -

Online booking
For online booking the full amount (100%) incl. Possibly. purchase at the same time as booking. Payment is made with one of the following Danish or international credit cards approved by Teller A / S. A transaction fee is imposed.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of stay due to acute illness, accident or death affecting the tenant, spouse, children, parents or siblings, the full rental amount is refunded (100%).

Alm. accommodation: cancellation must be made in writing no later than 2 days prior to arrival. If booking later than 2 days prior to arrival, the cancellation period is 24 hours. However at latest 18.00 the day before arrival.

Fair confirmation: cancellation can be made free up to 30 days prior to arrival by written notification to the hotel, then billed according to confirmation.

Stays (including food): Cancellation of the entire event can be made free up to 30 days prior to arrival by written notification to the hotel, then billed according to confirmation.
Reduction: reduction in number of participants up to 50%, can be made freely up to 21 days before arrival by written notification to the hotel, then billed according to confirmation. Reduction in number of participants, up to 25%, can be made free up to 14 days before arrival by written notification to the hotel, then billed according to confirmation.

Exceeding the cancellation deadline, 100% of the total room price is payable incl. Possibly. purchase in cancellation fee. Thus also if the departure time changes during the stay, as well as no show from the reservation.

Force majeure
If the stay is prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strike, war actions, riots and the like), Danske Hotels A / S is not liable for interrupted or unfulfilled stays.

Consent
When booking the stay, you consent to receive a text message and an email with a link to practical information about your stay, as well as the possibility that you can book additional benefits that you can avail before, during or after your stay.
