Meetings, courses and conferences at Hotel Nørherredhus:

- Daytime meeting, DKK 380,- per person
- Residential, DKK 1,380,- per person
The following are included in the price:
Daytime meeting: 1 plenary meeting room with overhead projector, whiteboard, flipchart, writing blocks and pens, PC projector, free Internet access. Tea and coffee with bread on arrival, lunchtime buffet or two course meal, afternoon tea and coffee with cake. Fruit and iced water for the duration of the meeting.
Residential: 1 plenary meeting room with overhead projector, whiteboard, flipchart, writing blocks and pens, PC projector, free Internet access. Tea and coffee with bread on day of arrival, lunchtime buffet or two course meal, afternoon tea and coffee with cake. Fruit and iced water for the duration of the meeting. In addition, dinner consisting of a two-course menu chosen by the chef, evening tea and coffee with biscuits or other sweets and overnight accommodation in a single room with a breakfast buffet.

Cancellation:
Reservations made for courses and conferences may be cancelled at no charge up to six weeks before the planned date of the event. If events are cancelled less than 6 weeks before the planned starting date, the company is entitled to a refund of 65% of the price of the agreed services. If the number of participants is reduced by more than 35%, or if the number is reduced less than three weeks before the start of the event, the company is entitled to a refund of 65% of the price of the agreed services, or shall be entitled to stage the planned event and pay the full price for any reduction in excess of 35%.
